Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website or book services with 3G Pressure Pro LLC (“3G Pressure Pro,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the site or booking a job, you agree to them.

1. Our Services

We provide pressure washing, soft washing, house washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, solar panel cleaning and commercial exterior cleaning for homes and businesses in the Brazos Valley.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are free. We base each quote on the details and photos you send us or what we see on site. We confirm your price before work starts. If conditions on site differ from what we quoted, we talk with you about any change before we do the extra work.

3. Scheduling, Weather and Cancellations

We work Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Rain, high wind or freezing temperatures sometimes force a reschedule. When that happens, we contact you and set a new date at no charge. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, call or text us as early as possible.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Give us access to the areas we are cleaning and a working outdoor water spigot.
  • Close windows and doors and move vehicles out of work areas.
  • Keep pets and children inside or away from the work area.
  • Tell us before we start about loose siding, damaged screens, failed window seals, fragile items or any existing damage.

5. Existing Conditions

Cleaning sometimes reveals problems hidden under dirt, such as oxidation, peeling paint, failed window seals, cracked concrete, rotted wood or loose shingles. We are not responsible for existing damage. Some stains, including deep oil, rust, hard water etching and paint, do not come out fully. We tell you up front when we expect a stain to stay.

6. Payment

Payment is due when the job is complete unless your invoice states different terms. Accepted payment methods appear on your invoice.

7. Your Satisfaction

If something does not look right after we finish, contact us and we will review it with you.

8. Insurance and Liability

3G Pressure Pro is fully insured. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.

9. Photos of Our Work

We photograph jobs for our records and to show our work on our website and social media. We never post your name, address or personal details. Tell us if you prefer we not use photos of your property.

10. Text Messages

By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to messages about your quote, appointments, invoices and service follow ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Website Use

All text, photos and logos on this site belong to 3G Pressure Pro LLC. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. We provide site content for general information.

12. Governing Law

Texas law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the courts of Brazos County, Texas.

13. Changes to These Terms

We update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
